Are your products certified as Ayurvedic?
Yes. All our products are certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. This certification ensures adherence to a high standard of quality and authenticity. Furthermore, each product label indicates "Safe Proprietary Medicine" to confirm its compliance and safety.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The standard shelf life for our products is two years (24 months) from the date of manufacturing. The exact "Best Before" date is printed on each product's label. To ensure product integrity and efficacy, we recommend storing items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
When can I expect to see results from using your products?
While some benefits may be noticeable upon initial use, the full efficacy of Ayurvedic formulations is typically observed with consistent application. We recommend integrating the products into your daily regimen for a minimum of one to two months to experience optimal and lasting results.
Are your products suitable for all skin and hair types?
Our products are formulated to be compatible with a wide range of skin and hair types. However, as individual sensitivities can vary, we advise performing a patch test before full application. Apply a small amount of the product on the inner elbow and monitor the area for 24 hours to ensure suitability.
What is your stance on animal testing?
We are committed to ethical practices. Our products are 100% vegetarian, and we do not conduct or commission any animal testing for our formulations or ingredients.
Orders & Shipping
What is the estimated delivery time for an order?
Orders are typically delivered within 7-8 working days. This timeframe excludes Sundays and national public holidays. You will be notified once your order is dispatched.
Are there any shipping or delivery charges?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders throughout India. The price listed for each product is all-inclusive. Please note, shipments to Maharashtra may be subject to additional Octroi charges as per regional regulations.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email and an SMS containing a unique tracking ID and a direct link to the courier's tracking portal. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real-time.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
What is the procedure if I receive a damaged product?
We advise customers to inspect packages upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please follow this procedure for a replacement:
1. Record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process.
2. Email this video, along with your Order ID, to thebodychakra@gmail.com and send it via WhatsApp to +91 7011120463. Upon verification of the damage, a replacement unit will be dispatched to you at no additional cost. Kindly ensure the original product tag and packaging are preserved.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed for orders that are designated as undeliverable or cancelled due to items being out of stock. For all other valid concerns, such as the receipt of damaged goods, our standard policy is to provide a direct product replacement.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
An order cannot be modified once it has been successfully placed. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make changes, the recommended procedure is to cancel the existing order and place a new one.
How long does the refund process take for a cancelled order?
For prepaid orders cancelled prior to shipment, the refund is initiated within 24 hours of your request. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to the processing times of your bank.

What should I do if I forget my account password?
If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link on the customer login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address, to which a temporary password will be sent. We recommend changing this temporary password upon your next login for security purposes.
